Ailah is a companion app. Nothing you say to Ailah is collected, stored on any server, or used to train any model. This policy describes exactly how the application handles your data.
None. Ailah does not request or store your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, or any personally identifiable information.
Ailah stores your conversation history, mood data, preferences, and settings locally on your device using your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server.
You can clear all locally stored data at any time from Settings → Memory → Clear all memory.
When you send a message to Ailah, that message is transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This transmission is covered by Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Ailah does not store, log, or retain the content of your messages on any Ailah server. No conversation data passes through any Ailah-controlled infrastructure.
When you use translation features, text is sent to a Cloudflare Worker for processing. The text is used solely to return a translation result and is not stored, logged, or retained.
Token purchases are processed through the platform's payment system (Google Play or Apple App Store). Ailah does not handle, store, or have access to your payment information. Purchase records are managed by the respective platform under their privacy policies.
Ailah uses Google Fonts for typography, loaded from Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to that request. No analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting services are used.
Ailah does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the app, no personal data was collected regardless.
This policy may be updated. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
